Dinner at Anada Bar & Restaurant, Gertrude St Fitzroy
At the instigation of Jon, we went out for dinner instead of cooking at home. As Sarah is away at Ballarat for her paediatrics nursing placement, it only left the 3 of us. We will bring her there for a second round when she is back in Melbourne in a few weeks time.
The place is usually fully booked at weekends and even weekdays. It was a pleasant surprise to get a booking for 3 tonight.
We ordered some Tapas (small entrees in little terracotta dish)and 3 mains; a Paella , Spanish mackeral and char-griiled King prawn, 2 glasses of sherry and 2 desserts

Customary Sour dough Bread with Olive Oil dip
Arroz negro, squid ink paella with cuttlefish, squid, mussels & skate
(30 minutes) cost $30.00
The dish we had is more black with No red capsicum, A bit on the salty side though
Stuffed calamari with sumac
Very tiny Rabbit empanadilla - shaped like a little curry puff
Note: A few other tapas is not feature here but the Sherry marinated mushrooms; the Quails etc are quite nice
